DEAR 'PRIME MINISTER', recently  you met with ‘President’ Zelensky earlier this month at the EU summit in Brussels to announce the signing of a treaty whereby the UK will fund Ukraine to the tune of three-billion-pounds ($5.3-billion Can.) annually for the next one hundred years!  What wonderful and thoughtful ideas you have!

THE TREATY was inked on the sidelines of the conference when you met face to face with your Ukrainian counterpart. Both of you share a common bond beyond your thoughtful, whip-smart leadership skills—you both matriculated several levels of specialized education systems in your respective countries. As was reported earlier, Ukraine’s ‘President’ Volodymyr “Vulva” Zelensky and ‘Prime Minister’ Justin “Jussie” Trudeau of Canada both graduated from similar special educational academies. What is interesting, Lord “Stammers”, if I may address you by the sobriquet from your youth, is your connection to a Mrs. Rhodes Special Student^© academy in your native England. You should be aware that Canada’s own “Jussie” Trudeau was also early-schooled in a Mrs. Rhodes schoolroom and by the late Mrs. Rhodes, herself! It hardly needs saying that with such a strong educational foundation, you and "Jussie" and "Vulva" were able to become ‘leaders’ of great nations, standing centre stage at world events. You share a common educational heritage in your formative years. Research has shown that you, “Stammers”, was educated at the London branch of Mrs. Rhodes Special Students Class—International Chapter.^© That's the same Mrs. Rhodes academy that “Jussie” and “Vulva” ‘graduated’ from in a special ceremony held on December 30, 2024! Like the two boys, you did not formally graduate the elementary level, but nevertheless, like “Jussie” and “Vulva”, you went into politics, rising like a shot rocket to become ‘Prime Minister’ of Britain last year.

Bravo, “Stammers”, and tip-of-the-hat to yoking your country to “Vulva’s” Ukraine in an historic 100-year treaty—damn the costs, the cause, or what the future may hold for your country and its citizens!😉

AS CHAIR of the Mrs. Rhode’s International Schools for Special Students Foundation^©, I am issuing you a retroactive graduation certificate in the “Elementary School Special Class Summa cum laude” category. Congratulations, “Stammers”, you stand among many other honoured graduates of our Special Students’ academies in dozens of countries, and alongside your friends, “Jussie” and “Vulva” you are indeed extra special! And you, “Stammers”, rest assured, are a real winner, too!
